Meet The Team

We are a chiropractor and corrective exercise specialist working together in London, U.K.

We have 20+ years of combined experience fixing people just like you!

Fast pain relief is always our top priority, then we teach you the exercises to stop your pain from coming back!

There is a lot of confusing information online when it comes to injury recovery. So we decided to make our own guides that are easy to follow, use simple language, contain video exercise demonstrations and include lots of bonus tips about diet, sleep, exercise, supplements, stress and much more.

We hope you enjoy getting healthier!

Ben Davies Coccyx Pain Personal Trainer Photo

Corrective Exercise Specialist

Ben is a personal trainer and rehabilitation specialist with over 8 years of experience. He specialises in working with clients who are being or have recently been treated by physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths alongside those who are de-conditioned from sedentary life.

His philosophy is centered around teaching people to build a foundation of proper breathing, good mobility, spine and joint stability and the ability to create controlled movement. Once this groundwork is in place, you can then work on higher-threshold fitness including developing muscular endurance, strength and power. For some this is about getting fit enough for daily life. For others it is getting back to playing golf, tennis or other sports.
